MOOSE radiator caps in several configurations:
- standard (yellow seal) - opening pressure (16psi)
- high pressure type 1 (red seal) - opening pressure 1,6bar (23psi)
- high pressure type 2 (green seal) - opening pressure 1,8bar (26psi)
- high pressure type 1 (blue seal) - opening pressure 2,1bar (30psi)
increasing the opening pressure will raise the cooling system maximum temparture and it s the simplest und cheapest way to avoid boiling your engine. But it requires a well maintaned cooling system.
